Cody Gillenwater

Cody devotes his time to helping others meet their fitness and wellness goals through personal training and teaching boxing fitness classes.

Suzy Fahrmeier

Rileigh Kaufman

I began exercising seriously at age 15 and have been in lover ever since My passion for fitness led me to pursue my degree in Exercise Science from KU. During my time at KU, I had the opportunity to work with people of all ages and abilities. I currently work as a Wellness Instructor at the Carnegie Senior Living Community.


Fitness Philosophy: Setting small, achievable goals is a great way to stay motivated and see results! Plus once you reach those, you evaluate and set new goals.

Jen Nobo
