In 1996, after several years of demanding much from her own body as an athlete and group exercise instructor, she turned to yoga in search of healing and balance.
Wednesdays 11:30 am - 1 pm: Yoga with Ropes
After warming up with a Vinyasa flow, this class utilizes wall ropes for greater flexibility and mobility, helping the student release tension and stiffness in the spine, hips and shoulders.
