Cody Gillenwater

Cody devotes his time to helping others meet their fitness and wellness goals through personal training and teaching boxing fitness classes.

Suzy Fahrmeier

Rileigh Kaufman

I first began regular exercise on my own around 10 years ago and fell in love with it. This led me to pursue my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from KU. Throughout my career, I have worked with all ages and abilities, but especially love helping women live a happier, healthier lifestyle. 

Fitness Philosophy: Fitness means something different to each individual. That’s why I tailor each of my programs to the specific client. My programs focus on safety and education to ensure you get the most out of your workouts while achieving sustainable progress. My goal is to give you all the tools you need to succeed, both in the gym and at home!

Dr. Cindy Stoneking is a chiropractor specializing in gentle adjustments by hand or Activator instrument. She evaluates and treats the spine and extremities.

True Living Center (TLC)

True Living Center is Southside Kansas City's alignment studio offering truth in Yoga + Pilates for all. Located inside Blue Bicycle Fitness, we offer private and small group classes with the community's health and safety in mind.
